Old tiles can be removed. Walls can be re boarded, filled in and made good. Surfaces can be primed with either a dilute SBR or acrylic primer. Shower and Wetroom areas can be waterproofed using a tanking solution.
Uneven floors can be leveled out using a self leveling compound. Anti fracture matting can be laid where needed.
